The principal at this particular school asked us to songwrite around the themes of their very popular character building program. The theme were chosen by each group. "Fly Away" is written around the theme of creativity and self-expression. "Adrenaline Rush" is written around the theme of fitness. "Just Say No" was written around the theme of substance abuse prevention.
